Through our Work Bridge program, we provide job readiness training to adults who are unemployed, under employed, or seeking to enter the work force. Upon completion of training, these individuals are equipped with the employability skills needed to become great employees and team members.
The job readiness training consists of:
Modern work skills: focus is on human relations skills, critical thinking, conflict resolution and problem solving in the work place.
Life skills: focus is on ability to manage life situations that could prevent steady, productive employment
Individuals have access to additional training opportunities in the areas of GED, computer literacy, certified nurse assistant, office professional, certified desktop support technician, and certified customer service.

Effective Recruitment. Your business will have access to a professional account manager who is responsive and committed to making sure your staff needs are met efficiently and satisfactorily.
Job Matching. Individuals who are matched to jobs are screened in the following areas prior to being referred:
Background checks
Education level
Work history and reference checking
Job Coaching. In an effort to increase retention rates after placement, new hires are contacted by their job retention specialist once per week and thereafter, twice per month to ensure that job expectations are being met. The account manager also makes contact with the employers to ensure satisfaction.
Employer Specific Training. We will customize our training and screening to meet your specific needs.
