BRIDGES ends year on a high note

BRIDGES operating year ended June 30 and I'm happy to report that because of your support we ended the year on a high note. Like many nonprofits, the recent economic climate forced us to look at our operations and streamline in many areas. Because of that we are a tighter, leaner and better-functioning organization.

But I’m also happy to report that we did not eliminate any of our current programming. It’s because of your belief in our mission that we are able to continue to offer our life- changing programs to the more than 15,000 youth and adults we served this year.

Thank you for your support and encouragement throughout this past year. I look forward to working with you this coming year and sharing more good news about BRIDGES and our programs as we continue to build a community of leaders to advance the causes of justice in Memphis.
